I am thrilled to share this session with you all. Baby Kaahren came into my studio not too long ago. At four months old, he was far more attentive than newborns. He was incredibly attentive, with his eyes wide open, sharing plenty of smiles with us all.
I love capturing babies of all ages. With newborns, the goal is to get them into the studio within the first 2 weeks if you want to capture those delicate quintessential newborn features. They are typically super sleepy and easy to pose, but you don't get much interaction or personality seeing as they spend most of the session asleep. On the other hand, however, sessions with older babies such as this sweet boy are super fun as well. An Adorable Little Boy
When this little Angel came into my studio, he was quick to share his big personality, laughter and smiles with us all. We started our session with one of my favorite images, the Russian nesting dolls shot. We then transitioned to a few images utilizing different hats and caps. As always, I made sure to incorporate various textural elements to keep the collection diverse and varied. My favorite shot from this session has to be of the 3 of them cuddled up, heads nestled together. What a beautiful and accurate representation of the love of a family.
I love hearing his sweet giggle. When I close my eyes after looking back on this session, I can still hear it fill the air. Once we were done capturing some super cute single shots it was time to move into the family portion of the session. Kaahren’s mom and dad so excited to welcome him into their hearts and home. So much pride fills their eyes as they look down at their sweet boy and their arms. I can already tell he is so loved.
