It was a day filled with hustle and bustle, and a lot of new experiences. She was not going to miss a thing, and she was not always sure what to think about all of this muss and fuss. She had some shy moments but warmed up as the day went on. I actually love some of the more serious faces we captured. It shows how she was feeling in the moment. Serious or silly she is a beautiful little girl! I could not get over those giant almond eyes, they are so gorgeous. And her skin is flawless! She was a little diva. I loved all of the outfits and accessories that accompanied her for her session. You can never have too much lace, tool or ruffles in a session for a little girl. Mom chose a whimsical unicorn theme for her little princess. Tiffany looked adorable in the unicorn horn headband. She loved all of the props that surrounded her: block letters, balloons, cloud fluff. Who could blame her for wanting to touch and hold everything. These moments made for some fun images to capture. It is fun to watch little ones explore and learn. The whole world is new and filled with such wonderful things! I love being able to preserve some of that wonderment in action. We included a unicorn rocking horse for part of her Birthday Session at which point we got one of the most adorable expressions out of her; a little smile as she stuck her tongue. She may have been uncertain about some elements of the day but one thing she was sure of was how she felt about getting to dig into her cake. We included an adorable unicorn cake to keep with her theme for the cake smash portion of her session. Tiffany was more than happy to dig in. She started off timidly, touching the icing with one finger. When she realized no one was going to stop her, she got into the spirit of the day and ended up with icing all over her face. She even ended up with some on her legs and feet. Too cute!
