Sweet baby Zuri is perfect in every way! I was so excited leading up to this photoshoot. I worked with mom, Sarah, during her maternity shoot, so it was great seeing her again. The transformation from baby bump to seeing her hold this little bundle of joy is incredible! I know that Sarah is so in love with Zuri. And I couldn’t wait to capture how little she was! Newborn session are already so unpredictable, but to add to that of course we were in the middle of a thunderstorm! We were all surprised that Zuri was in a deep sleep the entire session! A Perfect Little Princess
Zuri is one special baby, so of course mom wanted her session to be as unique as she is! We decided that an enchanted theme would be the perfect fit. I gathered up all of my favorite props and tons of vibrant outfits. They all truly complimented her skin tone! I didn’t want to cover this angel up too much because I really wanted to capture every detail of her. From her full head of hair to her perfect little wrinkles! It was wonderful to see how creative Sarah let me be, and I couldn’t be happier with these magical results.
A Mother's Love
My favorite part of this session was watching mommy smile the entire time as she watched her baby girl! It is amazing to see the bond that these two already share with one another, and the joy that she had she overfilled the room! I know that she is looking forward to sharing these photos with friends and family and of course framing them around her home. It is special to have gotten to watch Sarah go on this journey, and I hope to see her again in the future!
