Isla | Baby Photographer in Alexandria, VA
After scheduling baby Isla’s infant session, I asked her mom, Genna, what her goals were for their session. I know that every family is different when it comes to photography preferences. I love hearing about each family’s unique style and purpose for their photos. While I do have my own artistic style, my top priority is fulfilling parents’ visions. Are you searching for Newborn Photographer DC? Nataly Danilova Photography is the best option for you.
Genna answered, “We just moved into our new home and haven’t put up any photos yet. We hope to get pictures to keep forever and share with the family. We also plan on using one of the pictures for a birth announcement (so we would love a few closeups). We love flowers, shades of pink, and teddy bears, and since our last name is Love, we’d like to incorporate that as well.”
Done and done! I couldn’t wait to give them some photos that would help make their new house feel like a home. Although this wasn’t a true newborn session (given the timeline of the move and settling in), I did my best to give them those sweet snuggly poses and detailed shots that showed off Isla’s tiny features. Isla played along wonderfully. Even though she was at the two-month mark during her session, she still dozed peacefully just like a newborn, which made even easier to get all of the sets in for Mom and Dad.
We began with some soft feminine floral backdrops and moved into a few adorable themes. I lovethe love theme for baby Love! As a winter baby, I wanted to include that in there as well, so we used some soft gray and white snowy patterns.
When Isla began to stir, I thought it would be a great time to do a few family portraits so she could settle back into Mom and Dad’s warm arms. That was just what she needed, and the family photos came out so sweet and intimate! Are you searching for Maternity Photographer DC? Nataly Danilova Photography is the most reputed company that leading the pride.
After lulling back into slumber, we finished up with the snuggly teddy bear theme and some photos with warm, rich colors. Now, Mom and Dad have a wide variety of ‘newborn’ photos to use however they want. No matter how they’re displayed, I have no doubt they will be cherished for years to come.
Welcome home, baby Isla! You are so very loved, and it was a joy to have you in the studio. I can’t wait to watch you grow.
