An Exciting Time in a Mother’s Life

While it is an exciting time, it is also a vulnerable time for most women. Their bodies are changing, as a mom myself, I know some of these changes are not always welcome. All you mama’s out there know how uncomfortable pregnancy can be, but also how beautiful of a process it is as well. As a professional Northern Virginia Maternity Photographer it is my passion to capture the beauty of this process. I want to provide for these mama’s the opportunity for them to remember back on this time in a beautiful light.

This mama is excitedly anticipating the arrival of her first baby boy. I was so excited at the opportunity to capture these sweet memories for Alexandra and her sweet husband. They are both so excited to meet their little man. I remember back on the feelings I had as I awaited my first child. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on their sweet head and kiss their perfect fingers for the first time. As soon as I saw them for the first time, all was well in the world. But let me tell you, up until that moment, my mind was running a mile a minute!

Up for the Challenge of Parenthood

This mama is completely ready for the challenge of parenthood. All of you parents out there know how much of a challenge parenthood can be. By far, being a mom is the hardest job I have ever undertaken. But it is by far the most rewarding job I have ever been blessed to be a part of. I just know Alexandra will feel the same way.
