Everyone join in helping me welcome little baby Kristian into our hearts and arms. I was absolutely thrilled at the opportunity to work with and meet this sweet little bundle of joy. Mom, Teola, wanted to stick with a whimsical theme and gave me free rein to allow my creative vision come to life. Let me tell you, I really had fun with this session! We started off with one of my favorites. Little Kristian wrapped up being carried by a stork, representing the gift of his arrival. It’s always so much fun to create these intricate composites. We then moved him onto our crescent moon cradler. Seeing as we are all “over the moon” to meet this little man…it was only fitting. Are you searching for Maternity Photographer DC? The Joys Of A Baby Boy
The next image was my absolute favorite. We created an underwater wonderland entirely out of the world’s softest swaddling blankets. Isn’t he just the sweetest little thing cuddled up on his adorable sea-horse!? Be still my heart! He’s such a sweet-pea so we made him just that! A sweet pea! The cutest I’ve ever seen for sure!
The best part of this session however, was seeing Kristian’s daddy snuggling him up in his arms. It’s so comforting to see how strong of a leader his daddy is. I can only imagine the fun they will inevitably have together in the future. Not much out there beats the bond between a father and his son. My favorite image from their time together, was when his dad rested Kristian o!n his forearm, letting his little leg dangle over the side. So cute!
Of course, we had to include some simplistic images of little man swaddled in a simple white blanket. These images are perfect for any time of year. However, we do like to add in options for each season. Towards the end of the session, we did a similar shot to the underwater wonderworld feature. We snuggles little Kristian on Noah’s Ark amongst his animal friends. What a cute representation of God’s love for us all!
All in all it was an amazing session filled with fun moments, and silly giggles. Thank you to this sweet family for allowing me to be a part of such a beautiful time in your lives!
