Ulisma and Diego are expecting a baby boy soon! This sweet couple came from Winchester, VA to come see me. They told me that they knew this would be the perfect way to celebrate this exciting time in their lives, and I couldn’t agree more. I loved getting the opportunity to learn more about them before the session because it allowed me to get a better understanding of the vision that they were wanting for these images. Love Pours Like Rain
Ulisma and Diego have been so patient with this Virginia rain! We had to postpone their maternity session a few times because of the weather, but we finally had beautiful weather. I have to say that although it was a gorgeous day, it was very hot outside. Luckily, we found many shaded places in this forest and everything worked out perfectly.
I had this mommy to be pick out a few dresses that called out to her, and I just knew that she would choose these bright and elegant dresses! These picks really showed off her cute little baby bump and the wind kept catching the material beautifully. My favorite image is when Diego knelt down and kissed Ulisma’s tummy.
Excited Anticipation
There was something about that moment that was so heartwarming, and it was so touching to see that they already have such a strong connection. As all of us mommies and daddies out there know, there’s nothing quite like adding in a baby to the mix. It connects you to your partner in a way nothing else can. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for these three. There’s no doubt in my mind that beautiful things are on the horizon.
It amazing to see how much this baby is already loved, and I could not be happier for them. I am so happy that I was able to create memories for them to cherish for the rest of their lives, and I know their son will really enjoy looking at these one day!
