Having a sibling is such a blessing. As children, we often argue, disagree, and fight with our brothers and sisters – but as adults we soon appreciate the best friends that will always be there, every second of every day. This session was super special to me because it reminded me of the many gifts God blesses us with each day. Healthy children, loving parents, and sweet sister love that will never diminish. Photographing twin newborns, Arya and Kay, along with their older sister, Sky, was such a great experience. I love seeing the bond that these three sisters share, even after knowing each other for just a few days. Double the Fun
This was not the first time I have worked with Sayeh, Kasra, and their children. We did a maternity session not too long ago, so I was very excited to finally meet the twins! I know that their parents are head over heels in love with their new baby girls, and I totally understand the feeling! Welcoming a child into the world is such a beautiful journey, and having two is double the love and double the fun! Arya and Sky were born earlier than expected. They spent some time in the hospital after they arrived. As a parent, I can only imagine the stress and anxiety someone must go through when finding out that things haven’t gone as planned. However, Sayeh and Kasra made and effort to prevail from the challenges they were faced with. They remained calm and supportive of their babies. Nothing makes a family stronger, and it’s safe to say that these folks have overcome some huge obstacles to get where they are. They spent some time in the hospital and at the age of two months they came to my studio for the session. I love how the parents remained positive throughout this experience!
The session was amazing, and I enjoyed every minute with this family. Arya and Kay’s older sister, Sky joined in on the session, and it couldn’t have turned out better.
