Nataly Danilova Photography (“we”, “us”) is a maternity and newborn photography studio serving Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland. Information you give us
When you send a request through our pricing or contact forms, we receive what you enter: your name, e-mail address and phone number, your message, the session and package you are interested in, your due date or event date if you share it, and how you heard about us. We use this information to reply to you, send prices and available dates, and plan your session.
Your request goes to Sprout Studio, the service we use to manage inquiries, bookings, contracts and galleries. Sprout Studio handles it under its own privacy policy. To make sure no request is lost, and to learn which channels bring new clients, our website also keeps a copy of each request: your name and e-mail address, the form you used, and how you reached our site (for example, a Google search or Instagram). If a request cannot be delivered to Sprout Studio, the website e-mails it to us so we can still reply.
If you book a session online, you do so on Sprout Studio’s booking pages. If you call, text or e-mail us, we receive your phone number or e-mail address and your message.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, shows us how the site is used: pages viewed, how visitors arrived, approximate location, device and browser. It sets cookies named
_gathat last up to 400 days. Google may also use this information for reporting across devices, in line with your Google account settings. Learn how Google uses this information, or opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. - Ahrefs Web Analytics gives us visit statistics without using cookies.
- Hosting and security: our site is hosted by Rocket.net and protected by Cloudflare, which may set a short-lived cookie (
__cf_bm, 30 minutes) to tell visitors from automated programs. The hosting servers keep technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited time.
Content from other services
Our Reviews page shows our Google reviews through a widget from Elfsight, which loads from Elfsight’s servers. Photos in the Instagram section are stored on our own site; selecting one opens Instagram. Links to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and other sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the studio and this website, as described above (Sprout Studio, Google, Ahrefs, Elfsight, Rocket.net and Cloudflare), or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and client records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to mail@natalydanilova.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
