Have questions about your maternity session?
When is the best time to schedule a maternity session?
The ideal window is 24–32 weeks—your bump shows beautifully and you’ll still feel comfortable moving and posing.
How much does a maternity session cost?
Pricing depends on the collection you choose. Request pricing and we will send you the price guide together with available dates.
What if I’m expecting twins or this is my second pregnancy?
For multiples, book a little earlier (24–28 weeks). For a second or later pregnancy, many bumps show sooner—26–30 weeks often works best.
How should I prepare for my maternity photoshoot?
We’ll plan everything on a call or via emails. I’ll guide outfits, grooming, and what to bring so you feel relaxed and know exactly what to expect.
Do you provide dresses and styling for moms?
Yes—my studio wardrobe includes couture gowns, drapes and accessories in many sizes, plus full styling guidance.
Can I bring my own outfits?
Absolutely. Bring 1–2 favorites you love; simple, solid tones photograph best. We can mix them with studio gowns.
Can I include cultural outfits or modest styling?
Yes. I’m happy to honor cultural attire and modest preferences with flattering posing, draping, and privacy on set.
I’m feeling insecure about how I look during pregnancy. Should I still book?
Yes. My posing, lighting, and gentle retouching are designed to flatter every body so you feel comfortable and confident.
Do you offer makeup and hair services?
Makeup/hair can be added on with my trusted artists, or you’re welcome to arrive camera-ready with your own stylist.
What should I avoid before the maternity photoshoot?
Skip self-tanner, tight elastics that leave marks, new skincare, and heavy meals right before your maternity photoshoot.
What should my partner wear?
Neutral, solid colors (cream, beige, gray, navy) without logos or busy patterns. Classic, simple pieces keep the focus on you.
Can my children join the maternity session?
Yes—siblings are welcome. We’ll start with family photos, then they can relax while we finish your portraits.
Can I bring my pet to the session?
Yes, pets are welcome with a leash/handler. Please let me know in advance so I can plan space and timing.
Do you offer outdoor sessions?
Most sessions are in-studio for comfort and control, but we can add a short outdoor set nearby when weather allows.
Can I reschedule if I don’t feel well?
Of course—pregnancy comes first. Just give 24 hours’ notice when possible and we’ll reschedule with no penalty.
What happens after the session?
You’ll receive a proof gallery in about a week, choose your favorites, and I’ll retouch and deliver them. Albums and wall art are available.
