Oh my goodness! This session was absolutely one for the books. First off, these two little girls are absolutely precious. It would be hard to find two happier little princesses. Seeing as grandma is from Nigeria, Sarah (mom) Decided it was the perfect time to capture some updated family portraits while grandma was in the USA. I could not agree more! At the end of the day, family is the most important thing in life. Seasons will come and go, so will friends. But family is forever. I can only imagine how touching it is for their grandma to have these images are of her and her sweet grandbabies as they live so far away. Their littlest angel is only nine months old and her older sister is three years old. What fun ages! We had so much fun together playing games and singing songs to keep those smiles rolling. I love the outfits choices that they decided on for this session. They accented the beauty of each family member while still allowing their personalities to shine. For part of our session we were indoors capturing a super sweet cherry theme studio session with the girls, just look at those outfits! Once we are done there we switched it up a bit and added floral element to accent their innocent feminism. After we were done in the studio we headed outside to get some natural shots of the entire family. I often find that families shine brightest outside.
All in all it was an amazing session. Plenty of laughter was shared. As I look back on these images, I can still hear their giggles fill the air. Is there anything more precious in this world than the giggle of a child? I think not! Especially when she's in the arms of her loving Grandmother. I can only imagine how special these moments must be for the entire family.
