Meet Sofia, the cutest little bumble bee in the field! When Sofia’s momma, Indira, contacted me to book a session of her sweet girl, I was so excited. I love working with babies this age. She is 8 months old, and it is the perfect age to capture. Sofia is sitting up on her own, smiley as can be, and so easy going. A Beautiful Brown Eyed Baby Girl
Indira wanted her daughter’s session to be filled with props and background images of the beautiful season. It is such a gorgeous time of the year filled with many plants and animals that bring a lot of color to the world. I loved seeing little Sofia surrounded in pretty flowers was so fun! She is precious! We also dressed her up in a bumble bee outfit, as well as an angel outfit. I loved the way the photos turned out, and I couldn’t have asked for a better client to work with! She was such a happy girl. She was a little shy at first, but opened up quickly to me and the camera. She loved the attention and was very cooperative when we did wardrobe and scene changes.
I was able to take a couple photos of Sofia and Indira together. Seeing their mother-daughter bond was so heart warming. It makes me realize how important our children are. Indira is a wonderful mother with so much love for her daughter. I loved being able to share motherhood experiences with her as I captured some cute moments between the two. Being around mommas and their kiddos brings back so many memories of my children when they were this little.
All in all, I had a great time with sweet Sofia and her mama. I had a wonderful time spent with these kind hearted folks. I always try to offer photos in many different formats in order to fit my client’s needs, whether it be digital or tangible. For this session, Indira ordered 12x12" book with all photos from the session. Having these photos in a book will definitely be something to cherish for this mama and her daughter. Being able to hold onto memories in your hand kind of helps to reminisce on the old times. There is nothing better than that! I am so glad Indira loved her photos as much as she did.
