I loved how comfortable they were together and how comfortable they were in front of me. I could tell how in love they were from the way they looked at each other and held one another. Stephanie showed incredible vulnerability by allowing me to photograph her nude. She had the most gorgeous skin I had ever seen! The images turned out beautiful and powerful.

Everything about this session was simple. From the backdrops to the props. I love when clients opt for sessions like this because it really makes the mother (and her pregnancy) the center of the session. There was no need for fancy extras or in-trend items. I believe these types of photographs are timeless. Stephanie will always be able to look back on these images and not only see her own beauty, but also the love between her husband and herself. These images will never expire, become unwanted, or look dated. They are perfect memories that will last for a lifetime and be passed down between their future generations.
My favorite image is the image of them seated on the floor. They're wrapped in a long piece of silk. The shadows and reflections create an intense but soft movement in the image. The image of Stephanie holding the white silk fabric across her body reminds me of a wedding gown. The simple yet striking beauty of the blacks and whites in this image is incredible. The contrast draws our eyes to her face. Her eyes glisten.
They say that mother's "glow" when they're pregnant. This couldn't have been truer for Stephanie. Especially because she is having twin boys! She seemed confident, comfortable, and happy throughout the entire session. It definitely shows within her images!
